The job description of a HR Admin person is too wide n it depends on the Co. also but in general i t includes:
HR:
1.Leave n attendance records.
2.Employee Engagement & Communication
3.Tra ining & Development
4.Salary Administration,etc.
ADMIN:
1.Facility Management
2.Vendor Ma nagement,etc.
Regarding salary it differs from co. to co. ..but usually ranges from 1.5 for freshers to 3-4 lacs for executive level in hyderabad.
