I have been going through this thread and found out few interesting things related to back ground check...

even i would say that...Background checks are serving many purposes today .. say for eg: to enhance security in the workforce, to minimize the occurrence of employee theft, to reduce turnover,  and to leave you with the peace of mind that you have made the right decision in the hiring process..
