For a fresher it is always imp to keep all avenues open for all HR Functions.

It also imp to concentrate on anyone function as HR is a very wide stream.

As per your interest opt for anyone function n focus on t hat.Initially you an start with Recruitments n get an entry in Consultancies.

With an experience in recrutments later u can get into a HR Generalist Profile too.
